Booking Policies
BOOKING FEE
- The booking fee will be 50% of selected service (lashes and brows), Cosmetic tattooing requires a $100.00NZD booking fee
- A BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT BOOKED AT KAYLA AITKEN BEAUTY AND NEEDS TO BE PAID WHEN YOU BOOK
- Booking Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Booking fees can be paid online when booking OR via bank transfer.
- Booking fees cannot be reused if the appointment has been cancelled instead please make sure to reschedule the appointment (within appropriate timing of 1 week from the original appt date) to redeem it.
LAYBUY
- Please write laybuy in comments section when booking.
- a 50% deposit (or $100 for tattooing) will need to be paid to secure the booking until your appointment date. If you still wish to use laybuy, this payment will be reversed and put back into your acc, then we can proceed with the laybuy payment option in salon
- laybuy can only be used in salon
PAYMENT
- Full payment can be made online when you book, via a link emailed to you, bank transfer, card payment or cash
- Payment must be made no later than on the day of your booked appointment
- If payment is not made and I have contacted you with no response I will charge your card
REFUNDS
- I under no circumstances offer any kind of refund. Any payments etc will go on as credit to your account where necessary (excluding booking fees if you cancel or no show this will NOT be credited)
- Refunds will not be given on completed services. If you have a problem with your service please contact me directly to resolve this
INFILLS
- 50% of lashes must be remaining for an infill whether its for 2 weeks or 3 weeks. If there are less than this you will be charged for a full set
- I only infill my own work so if you have someone else's work you will need to book a full set and add a removal onto this. You must notify me if a removal is required as I may not have time for both services, if you do not notify me I will turn you away
- infills can be booked for either 2-3 weeks after your initial appointment, anything later than 4 weeks is a full set
COSMETIC TATTOOING
- You must have had your first tattoo session with me here at Kayla Aitken Beauty to book your touch up session.
- If you brows need touching up but you have been elsewhere it is best you book in for a consultation first to determine what needs doing and if I am the right artist for you
- If you have been elsewhere previously and would like Kayla to touch your brows up the cost will be up to Kayla to determine as some clients will be a full new set whereas others may not be
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS/LATE ARRIVALS
- You MUST give me at least 24hrs notice when cancelling your appointment (deposit must still be made as this is your cancellation fee)
- LESS than 24hrs notice will result in being charged the FULL service amount
- NO SHOWS will be charged the full service amount (remaining from booking fee), this will be charged to your card directly, if payment is not made I will be in contact
- If you are 10+ minutes late from your initial appointment starting time you WILL be cancelled on the spot and you will be charged as a no show
RESCHEDULING
- For your deposit to be redeemed when rescheduling you must reschedule for a new booking time no later than 1 week after the original appointment date
- If you give more than 24hrs notice when cancelling we can reschedule your appointment as your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment, YOU MUST CONTACT ME TO TRANSFER THE DEPOSIT ONTO THE NEW APPOINTMENT, if you cancel with more than 24hrs notice but fail to reschedule the appointment within a week from the original date and time you cancel then your deposit will still be deducted as your cancellation fee even with more than 24 hrs notice.
GST
You appt cost includes 15% GST.

You agree to my terms and conditions by booking with Kayla Aitken Beauty and agree to your card being charged from my booking system with failure to show to your appointments.
